Sociofy Studios ("Sociofy Studios", "we", "us") is a social media publishing tool. It lets you connect your own social media accounts, upload or import media, and publish a single post to several platforms at once. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

This policy covers the Sociofy Studios web application at sociofystudios.com, its API at api.sociofystudios.com, and the Sociofy Studios mobile applications.

1. Information we collect

Account information

Your email address and display name.
A cryptographic hash of your password if you register with email and password. We never store the password itself.
Your Google account identifier and email if you sign in with Google.
The organizations and workspaces you belong to, and your role within them.

Connected social accounts

When you link a social media account, we store the platform name, the account handle, the platform's identifier for that account, and a reference to the access token issued to us. Tokens are held server-side and are never included in the application bundle delivered to your browser or device.

Content you upload or import

Media files (images and video), together with filename, file type, size, duration, and a content checksum.
Post content you create: titles, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, scheduling times, and approval status.
Comments and internal messages you write within a workspace.

Billing information

Subscription plan, status, and seat count. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Operational data

Server logs, error reports, and publishing job outcomes, used to keep the service running and to diagnose failures.

2. How we use Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Sociofy Studios requests these permissions:

`drive.readonly`	Read-only access to your Google Drive files	So you can pick existing images and videos from your Drive and import them into a post, instead of re-uploading them.
`youtube.upload`	Upload videos to your YouTube channel	To publish a video or Short you have composed in Sociofy Studios to your own channel.
`youtube.readonly`	View your YouTube account	To show which channel a post will be published to, and to confirm an upload succeeded.

We read Drive files only when you explicitly select them. We do not browse, index, scan, or copy your Drive in the background, and we do not access files you have not chosen.

Limited Use disclosure. Sociofy Studios's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data to serve advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the features you requested or as required by law, and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

We do not use Google user data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

3. Other platforms you connect

Sociofy Studios supports Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube. For each platform you connect, we request only the permissions needed to read your account identity and publish the content you ask us to publish. Content you send to a platform is then governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Social platforms you connect, to publish the content you asked us to publish.
Infrastructure providers that host the service: Hostinger (application hosting and database) and Cloudflare (media storage and delivery).
Stripe, for subscription payment processing.
Legal authorities, where we are required by law to do so.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active.
Disconnecting a social account deletes the stored token reference for it.
Deleting media removes it from our storage. Content already published to a social platform must be deleted on that platform.
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

You may revoke Sociofy Studios's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, independently of any request to us.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed to client applications. Passwords are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

8. Children

Sociofy Studios is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the application.
