These terms govern your use of Sociofy Studios, a social media publishing tool available at sociofystudios.com and as a mobile application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sociofy Studios lets you connect social media accounts you control, upload or import media, compose a post once, and publish it to multiple platforms. Each platform has its own formats, limits, and rules, so a single post may be adapted per destination and some fields may not apply everywhere.
You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each platform you connect, including Google, YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Pinterest. A platform may suspend, rate-limit, or revoke access to your account independently of us, and we do not control those decisions.
Your use of YouTube features through Sociofy Studios is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
You retain all ownership of the content you upload, import, or publish through Sociofy Studios. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcode, and transmit that content strictly for the purpose of operating the service and publishing on your instruction. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already delivered to a social platform at your request.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to publish the content you submit, including rights to any music, images, footage, and trademarks it contains.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We aim to keep Sociofy Studios available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs, which may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed without notice. A publishing failure caused by a platform is outside our control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sociofy Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Sociofy Studios and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impractical. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide notice in the application. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
